Across Kenya's ASAL regions, pastoralist communities face recurring droughts, climate change, food insecurity, livestock losses, limited healthcare services, low school enrolment, harmful traditional practices, water scarcity, and high youth unemployment. SCFG works with communities to address these challenges through sustainable, locally driven solutions that build resilience and improve livelihoods.
We ensure the majority of our resources go directly to field programs and community interventions.
